Tell It Like It Is PAC Launches Video Campaign: 10 Reasons Donald Trump Is Afraid To Debate
Digital Ads To Highlight Trump’s Greatest Failures

ARLINGTON, VA — Ahead of Donald Trump’s visit to New Hampshire this week, Tell It Like It Is PAC announced a new ad campaign targeting the former president for his refusal to commit to the first Republican National Committee (RNC) debate on August 23rd. The new campaign will feature a series of 10 unique videos on digital platforms highlighting the major reasons behind Trump’s reluctance.

The underlying message behind the video campaign is clear: Donald Trump is afraid to debate because he knows that Governor Christie will bring the fight directly to him. Unlike the other candidates in the race, Governor Christie is not afraid to prosecute his failures and disqualifying behavior.

“It is most likely that by the time we get on the debate stage on August 23, the frontrunner will be out on bail in four different jurisdictions: Florida, Washington, Georgia and New York,” Governor Christie stated during a recent media interview.

Round one of the series takes Trump to task for his mounting legal troubles.

Round 1: The Indictments

Trump May Be Indicted Four Times And Out On Bail By The Time Of The First Debate. “As Donald Trump looks to secure the Republican presidential nomination and win a second White House term, he will also have to navigate a legal minefield that could include as many as four criminal indictments and at least two civil cases.” (David Knowles, “Trump Faces More Indictments, Fines And Possible Jail Time As Legal Troubles Mount,” Yahoo News, 7/24/23)
